Non-Returnable Items — Customised & Consumer-Modified Orders
Items that have been customised, personalised, or modified at the buyer’s request are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to, products made to order, engraved items, altered dimensions or configurations, or any other consumer-driven changes. 2. REFUNDS
